The service
Conduit may update, improve, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We will use reasonable care when making material changes to the service.
What we provide
Conduit provides infrastructure to run referral and partner programs: workspaces, programs, partner management, referral links and codes, click tracking, first-touch attribution, customer and subscription records, revenue events, commission calculation, analytics, and payout orchestration. Where Stripe Connect is enabled, Conduit can instruct Stripe to transfer an approved payout. Stripe, not Conduit, hosts financial onboarding and provides the underlying regulated payment services.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for program terms, commission and payout approvals, sufficient funds and provider eligibility, partner communications, taxes, legal compliance, and the confidentiality of API keys and webhook secrets. Conduit records do not replace your accounting, tax, or legal obligations.
Acceptable use
You may not use Conduit to run fraudulent programs, to misrepresent attribution data, or to violate the rights of your partners or their referred customers.
Service limitations
To the extent permitted by law, Conduit is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free attribution. Attribution can be limited by cookie settings, browser privacy controls, device changes, and data supplied by you or integrated providers.
Changes
We may update these terms as Conduit develops. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
